Felix Kwakye : NDC Grassroots In Prestea Huni-Valley Roots For Michael Gbedemah Chairman And Hon. Amankrah As Secretary In Upcoming Constituency Elections. Accuses Mathew Ayeh And Wisdom Cudjoe As Enemies To Party Progress As “Kb Report Reveals”.
Ahead of the NDC Constituency Elections in Prestea
Huni-Valley tomorrow, 23/06/2018, a group of grassroots comrades in the
opposition party led by their leader Felix Kwakye, have told media exclusively
that, incumbent Chairman Michael Gbedemah and Hon. Amankrah must be elected as
Chairman and Secretary respectively.
Mr. Felix Kwakye, who has followed NDC for thirty years and
a resident of Bogoso, said, “Mr. Mathew
Ayeh and Mr. Wisdom Cudjoe runned two-man show in the 2016 elections,
and that was the downfall of NDC”. He said, “Kwesi Botwe report about Prestea Huni-Valley Constitency implicated these two
personalities as the cause of NDC downfall”.
Mr. Felix Kwakye further stated that, “Mr. Ayeh and Mr.
Cudjoe hijacked the party and sabotaged all the constituency executives”.
“Every party work was done by Mathew Ayeh and Wisdom, and our Chairman and all
other executives were sidelined” he added.
He accused Hon. Ayeh that, even his own polling station,
Methodist Primary A in Bogoso, he lost. “How can this person be allowed to
continue develop camps in NDC?, he quizzed”. “Even in registration of NDC
members recently, he and Hon. Ajogu hide it from me and my people, because
“they think I am for Hon. Amankrah. This is the kind of selectivity Mathew Ayeh
and Wisdom Cudjoe are doing to our party” he added.
He further stated that, an amount has been sent from
National level to the Constituency to be given for party members
transportation, and they have hijacked that amount too. It is about GH 120,000, and party members are being
cheated on this too. He said, “Mathew Ayeh prior to 2016 elections rained a lot
on insults on the current President Nana Akuffo Addo and Lawyer Mrs. Barbara
Oteng-Gyasi calling them funny names, which does not show respect and this not
the NDC I have known for 30 years”.
